I installed a Thermopylae for testing, but one is not included with the controller. This is the extent of my testing this controller, and it being sold as-is.

It powers up, and the controller seems to be sensing correct temperature. This Parr Instrument 4833EB Auto Temperature Controller looks to be in good cosmetic condition, showing some minor signs of wear.

I tested the power outlet on back of unit with my digital multi meter, and Heater On/Off switch turns 115 120VAC off. Approximate overall unpacked dimensions: 9 L x 11 W 8.
